Hamilton Mill's Chef Tim Kotula is the reason we can boast delicious food made from quality ingredients. Chef Tim not only infuses our menu with great taste, but also runs an effective kitchen team that deliveries our food to our Members with speed and precision.
Barbos Pizza
Each pizza is handcrafted and baked in our wood-fired Marana Forni pizza oven at a piping hot 700 degrees. Our special recipe is slowly proofed over 24 hours and yields a stronger, less doughy crust than the Neapolitan pies you may be familiar with. Our Northern Italian pies can properly hold a variety of gourmet ingredients while still bragging a crisp, thin crust. Pizza is available for takeout and delivery.

Wine Down Wednesday
Every Wednesday, join us for half off select wines by bottle and $5 glasses of wine while you dine at the club. This is weekly social event is a great time to catch up with friends (and the Kids Zone is always open for your kids!)
Sunday Brunch
Served every Sunday from 10:30 am - 2 pm. We also offer fantastic Bloody Marys and Mimosas for $5.
