Christian Speigal, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Christian Speigal brings his passion and culinary artistry to Hamilton Mill Country Club. With over 25 years of restaurant experience, and a number of accolades, Chef Christian is excited to lead our culinary team and put his signature touch on the Hamilton Mill menu. Having managed numerous kitchens in the Atlanta area, Christian continues to create unforgettable dishes using only the highest quality ingredients. Born and raised in Oxford, England, Chef Christian’s dishes are infused with his own European flair, as well as twists and new takes on southern classics. His attention to detail and love for the culinary arts, create an unforgettable dining experience. In his spare time, Christian is a local beekeeper and enjoys travelling with his wife and two children. (Pic of Christian in folder)
