Is there a Dress Code?
We request that you refrain from wearing jeans on the golf course, and that men wear collared shirts. This dress code does not apply to the restaurant, patio, or bar areas.
What is the Kids Zone?
The Kids Zone is an area designed and implemented with Hamilton Mill kids in mind. Only available to Members, the Kids Zone is full of bean bags, huge TVs with Marvel and Disney movies always streaming, and multiple Xbox consoles (including an Xbox Series X!). You can almost always find free scoops of the best ice cream in America being dolled out.
We take the safety of children very seriously. Xbox consoles are not connected to the internet, and the only available games to play are our pre-approved Halo and Minecraft games. Children are asked to use our Xbox profiles and not sign it to their own.

Golf Course Operations
I have my own personal golf cart. Do I need to register it with the club?
Yes! Please stop by the golf shop and we can get your golf cart authorized. We will provide you with a decal that is proof of your registration.
What is your No Show policy?
If you No Show your tee time or fail to call us in advance, you will be charged a $35 fee for the number of players that you reserved in your tee time. Exceptions to this will only be inclement weather days of rain or snow.
A No Show is when a tee time reservation is made at a golf course and all or a portion of these golfers fail to show up for their reserved tee time. Typically, a course would like the player who made the reservation to contact the golf course at a minimum of 24-hours prior to their reserved tee time to cancel the entire tee time reservation or downsize the number of golfers playing in the group.
We understand that situations occur and sometimes tee time reservations must be cancelled. If you are unable to make your tee time, we simply ask that you give us a call in advance to cancel. The more notice you give us, the better chance we have in putting other golfers in that slot. If members do this, it gives the golf course an opportunity to have other members reserve and utilize the tee time, which has two advantages:
- The golf course is able to generate the expected revenue for that tee time slot.
- It allows other members the opportunity to play as opposed to the tee time going empty.
Reciprocal Rate benefit for Total Club
As a Total Club Member, you can take advantage of reciprocal rates at Trophy Club Apalachee and The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm. Rates are $25 weekday and $35 weekend. Your round includes a drink of your choice and complimentary bucket of range balls. Tee Times need to be booked through the Hamilton Mill pro shop. Tee times can be reserved 7 days in advance.
